These terms apply to your use of looshilabo.com (the “site”), operated by LOOSHI LABO Inc. (“LOOSHI LABO”, “we”, “us”), a corporation incorporated in Alberta, Canada. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Information only
The site describes our services and publishes field notes, system studies and other articles. That content is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation, and you should not rely on it as such. System studies may be generalized or illustrative and do not describe the results of any particular client engagement unless they clearly say so.
Inquiries and engagements
Sending us an inquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige either of us to work together. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site. Prices, scope and availability described or discussed before that agreement are not binding offers.
Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information in an inquiry — see our Privacy Policy. We treat inquiries with care, but confidentiality obligations only apply once they are agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, diagrams, designs, the LOOSHI LABO name, logos, wordmark and the Looshi character — belong to LOOSHI LABO or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the site and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not copy, modify, republish or commercially use our content, or use our name, logos or character in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting or related systems;
- interfere with the site’s operation, including through excessive automated requests; or
- send spam, malware or misleading messages through the contact details on the site.
Links to other sites
The site links to services we don’t control, such as LinkedIn and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site or its content, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You and we agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta for any dispute about the site or these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
