Small lab. Broad curiosity.
LOOSHI LABO is an independent software and systems consultancy built around a simple idea: understand the system before deciding what technology belongs in it.
Most messy systems weren’t designed to become messy.
They grew.
A new tool gets added. A spreadsheet fills a gap. Someone creates a workaround. Another team develops its own process. Before long, the business depends on a system nobody deliberately designed.
LOOSHI LABO exists to make those systems visible, understandable, and better.
Problems rarely respect disciplines.
Working across those boundaries is a feature of how LOOSHI LABO operates.
A workflow problem might need process design.
Then an API integration.
Then a small internal tool.
Then infrastructure.
Then a human decision because automating that step would be a terrible idea.

Hi, I’m Wilfredo.
I’m a software engineer driven by curiosity — especially about how complicated systems actually work. The workflows, the software, the data, the constraints, the manual work quietly holding it all together: I like understanding all of it, then finding practical ways to make it better.
I work as a generalist. Depending on what the problem requires, I take ownership across process design, software engineering, automation, AI, integrations, and infrastructure — so the solution isn’t limited to whichever discipline happened to be in the room.
My background also includes music production, graphic and motion design, and ecommerce. Each one left me with something I still use: attention to craft and detail, an eye for how people experience the things they use, and respect for the operational side of running a business. LOOSHI LABO brings those together to build systems you and your team are genuinely happy to work with.
Curiosity helps us explore the problem. Engineering discipline helps us build something that lasts.
How the lab works.
Stay curious.
Understand before assuming.
Build deliberately.
Use technology because it belongs there.
Respect constraints.
Good systems exist in the real world.
Leave things understandable.
Clarity and maintainability are part of the work.

And yes, there is a creature.
Looshi is the curious little familiar that appears throughout the lab — usually inspecting, connecting, observing, or interfering with diagrams.
Have a system that could work better?
Tell us what’s getting stuck, repeated, disconnected, or harder than it should be.
